If Afterprompt isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
Subscriptions
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly. After a free trial, the 14 days start with the first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard: you keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the part of a period already started, except where the law requires it.
Audit pass
The audit pass is no longer sold. If you bought one, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.
How to ask
Write to us at security@afterprompt.io from the email address on your account, and we'll arrange it. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your legal rights as a consumer where you live, it doesn't replace them.
